Downtown New Albany is booming and doing so by restoring the original historic buildings in this small iconic town which sits on the Ohio River in Southern Indiana. Since 2007, downtown New Albany has welcomed more than eighty new businesses.
Seeds and Greens opened Oct. 2014 with 2,500 sq. feet and plans to expand their dining area in late summer 2015. Currently there is seating for 26 with tables in a front window area of the market and a back brick dining room. The new seating area will add additional seating for 26 to 30 customers and will also be used as the class area when needed.
The community voiced a strong desire to have a local natural market located downtown New Albany . The market is located three blocks from the Sherman-Minton Bridge (I-64) and sits diagonal from the YMCA and next to the Exchange restaurant located in the heart of the city’s resurgence. The market sits near the corner of Main St., at 207 West First Street. The parking lot entrance is next to the entrance on First St. Street Our convenient location and available close parking, makes Seeds and Greens a quick and easy location
